A selection of work done between 2021-Present
A sculptural piece constructed of clay and mirror tiles. The melting disco ball illustrates the toxicity of trying to fit into social norms. Something so beautiful is destroying itself just to mold to the “perfect” cube form.
Mirrorball
Sculpted from clay and stained with iron oxide, this piece relays the emotional limitations that come with societal standards. You are able to move inside the cage, but never truly free.
Trapped
A work sculpted from ceramics, this piece dives into the interactions between elements and demonstrates the interconnection of people. Nature, life, emotions and humans are deeply rooted within each other.
Elements
Slab-built ceramic buildings display the erosion of time. Tangible items decay and slowly wear away, proving that thoughts and ideas are the only things capable of immortality.
Weathered
Ceramic-built, this piece takes on a quirky and child-like style, showing that no matter how small, anyone can promote change in our world.
